What Causes Short Of Breath And Chest Tightness And Lightheadedness During Pregnancy?
I am 31 weeks pregnant with my first child. I am considered high risk as I have Type 1 diabetes. My A1C is a 6.4, although blood sugar is increasingly harder to manage. I also have high blood pressure in which I am taking medication to control. Approximately 3 weeks ago, I discovered I was anemic and am taking an iron supplement. Recently, when I got to bed, I feel like I am short of breath and my chest feels tight. I also feel light headed. Is this normal or a cause for concern?
