What Causes Short Sharp Pain While Urinating?

Hi I have recently noticed a short sharp pain when i urinate and thought i may have scratched myself near the Urethra . However after having a look it seems there is a white area/spot inside where i think there is usually nothging to see can you help please ?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your pain could be due to the urethritis, and UTI.
Clinical examination, urethral swab test and urine tests will help in the diagnosis after consulting the primary care physician.
Doctor will give following advises:
Tablet septran, tablet pyridium, syrup cital
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pine apple.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
