What Causes Short Term Memory Loss?

Last evening I was on the floor doing some crunches, etc. When finished I lay there for a bit. Next thing I knew my phone rang & that conversation along with events about 45 minutes afterwards I could not recall. I felt like I was in a fog. I couldn t remember details of conversations we had during that time. I felt as if things became clearer after 45 minutes & I could recall details before & after that missing 45 minutes. I am fine today - at work & functioning well. Could I have slipped into a deep sleep & sleepwalked & sleeptalked ?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the only near possibility of your symptoms could be hypoglycemia, still for safety it needs to be sent for investigation like CT brain, EKG, blood sugar level and it can not be neglected hope this information and advise helps.
I find this answer helpful
