General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic..

Your dyspnea could be from respiratory problem like chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or might be organic causes of lung... Possibility of metastasis to lung should be ruled out..
For that chest x ray and Spirometry done for work up......

According to cause further specific treatment can be guided....

Here hiatus hernia can lead dyspnea sometime...
For that take omeprazole capsule once daily ..
Head elevation while sleeping...
Avoid heavy fatty meals.. Excess spicy foods restricted...

Take care

Advise : Consult physician for examination...
