What Causes Shortness Of Breath After Pyhysical Work Out?
I am a regular exerciser, Zumba, dance aerobics, kick boxing, walker, golfer, etc. in past couple weeks have noticed I am short of breath even at the beginning of my exercise time, I finish, never had to stop, but definitely noticed a difference in breathing. is there a test to check for blocked arteries?

Some of them are: -asthma - bronchitis - pneumonia, - anxiety -arrhythmia etc Some examinations that I suggest are: -blood test -xray or ct scan -spirometry Some advices that I can give to you are : -Diaphragmatic Breathing Also called abdominal breathing or deep breathing, diaphragmatic breathing can help manage your breathlessness. -Drink Black Coffee -Steam Inhalation: It will help keep your nasal passages decongested. -Ginger is another excellent expectorant that can help treat chest or nasal congestion that may cause breathing difficulty.
