What Causes Shortness Of Breath Along With Palpitations?

I have shortness of breath, my heart beat is rapid and my stomach hurts. I thought its because I'm hungry but its not a. Its gone on for two days now and I know its not right. I've had alot of stress lately. I think it might be anxiety cause when it gets really bad I just get really depressed.
