What Causes Shortness Of Breath Along With The Chest Pain?

Hello. I am currently unemployed and without healthcare. For the past month I have experienced pain on both sides below my upper rib cage. At times, the pain spreads throughout my back and chest. I seem to experience these symptoms mainly at night. I also experience shortness of breath along with the chest pains. My urine has been darker than normal even though I exercise regularly and drink plenty of water. I am a 35 year old male, moderate drinker and smoker. Any advice you could offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
