General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you may need to take anti-inflammatory drugs such as advil or naproxen for pain in the back.
You also may use corticosteroids injections and muscle relaxants to help relieve the muscles tightness.
Consult your orthopedist for further help because you may need surgery to solve the problem.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
