FROM YOUR BRIEF HISTORY MOST LIKELY DIAGNOSIS IS HYPERTHYROIDISM WHICH CAUSES TREMORS ,SWEATING PALPITATIONS,NERVOUSNESS.I WUD SUGGEST SERUM TSH TEST AND ONCE DIAGNOSES IS CONFIRMED TO START ON ANTITHYROID DRUGS.BUT PERMANENT TREATMENT WLL BE SURGERY ONCE DISEASE IS CONTROLLED.
ALSO GET FASTING AND POST PRANDIAL SUGARS CHECKED AS YOU ARE COMPLAINING OF INCREASED URINATION.
