What Causes Shortness Of Breath Along With Wheezing?

Hi there, I have had shortness of breath, wheezing, general feeling of unwell and gurgling load sounds in abdomen region. All the symptoms come and go but always together. I have suffered with these symptoms on and off for around 11 months. Doctors in the past have given me conflicting diagnoses from asthma to gerd but nothing seems to work! I am desperate now as it is getting in the way of my work as I can t do the same amount of exercise as I used to as I am a personal trainer and my life is on hold, please can you help??

There maybe a need for cardiovascular assessment as well.There may be some reason in circulatory system which might be causing breathlessness on exertion,the great vessel aorta and heart should be assessed if Gerd and Asthma been ruled out.aortic aneurysm is one of those causes which can be diagnosed by an ultrasound of abdomen
Although lung conditions like asthma, COPD(bronchitis and emphysema) are more common causes for breathlessness
In your case since you have some abnormal conducted sound in abdomen makes me think of ruling out aortic aneurysm also apart from some congestive heart disease which also cause breathlessness
