Hi i m 29 yearsold , and for a month i have shortnes of breath back pain and chest pain i did and chest exray all the blod work it came normal they gave me pepcid for acid but its not helping and its like for 2 days it disapiers then it comes back i dont know what to do its killing me please help.

If both are normal, than no need to worry for heart diseases. You are mostly having stress and anxiety related GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease). It is due to laxity of gastroesophageal sphincter. Because of this the acid of the stomach tends to come up in the esophagus and cause the symptoms of burning chest pain.
