General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that your this problem might be due to thyroid and pre menopause age.
Continue with thyroid medicine.
Take some multivitamine and calcium supplements.
As you get some breathlessness while climbing upstairs, go for EKG to rule out any cardiac ailment like Angina.
Ok and take care.
