What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Constant Feeling Of Fullness?

I have been having shortness of breath and a feeling of fullness even when I haven t eaten. I recently have had anxiety issues with hives due to stress and the hives are gone now and have seen my doctor. I am also on omeprazole 40 mg, propranolol 10mg, losartan 100mg, trazodone 75mg, simvastin 20 mg, . I am obese and weigh 245, 5 foot 7 inches. I am not feeling stressed now.

I really appreciate your concern, in my opinion better to get done the EKG, what the history you stated here it is the most advisable to get done the cardiac evaluation test, hope this information helps.
