What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Discomfort In Chest?
I m not sure if I should be concerned. The past few days I have had very extreme shortness of breath. It doesn t really matter what I am doing, I find myself laboring to breathe or catch my breath. Tonight I have darted having an aching almost pressured feeling in the top left portion of my chest And a little bit of heart burn. I m 36 yrs old, female 5 7 215 lbs (over weight I know..) but otherwise healthy. Not sure if I should be going to the er

Most of the time such symptoms in this age and female person this could be due to hyper acidity and not due to any heart disease.
Treatment:
Avoid spicy food, coffee, alcohol, smoking, prior to bed
Medication:
"Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day" for three weeks
No need to worry about this.
