What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Dizziness?

Two days ago I had this sudden urge while in therapy as if I was going to throw up, it went away suddenly and I felt fine the rest of the day, And the day before I had pain in my lower back and in my heart area, last night I called off work because all day I was extremely tired and had shortness of breath and today I woke up after sleeping 15 hours and I have shortness of breath, Im dizzy and My tenperature was at 95.

There can be two types of origins for Shortness of breath. It can be respiratory or cardiac in origin. In respiratory origin it can be obstructive airway diseases like Asthma,Bronchitis. U should have gone through some investigations.
