What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Headaches While Walking Upstairs?

I have shortness of breath when I walk upstairs at home; headaches that last only a few minutes, general low energy. This is new for me. I went to an APN who listened to my lungs and ordered lab tests that came back normal. I have never smoked and am usually active. 67 and female. Do I need a more complete cardiac work up? YYYY@YYYY

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may be due to exercise induced asthma, it may be due to dyspnea, it may be due to low hemoglobin, it may even due to some cardiac disease and all of theses need to be ruled out, it is advisable to get done the EKG and hemoglobin test hope this information helps.
