What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Hot Flashes While On Periods?

Hi! I m 20 years old and on my period right now(it s almost over), but I m having shortness of breath and hot flashes. I only weigh about 120/130 pounds. I just started a new job. I have generalized anxiety disorder and mild autism. There is absolutely no chance of pregnancy because I m single and am practicing abstinence...I haven t gone that far at all. I m in decent shape.

Hot flushes and short breath may be due to weakness after menses. So, don't worry about problem . eat proper iron, vitamin and calcium rich diet. Drink plenty of fluids. Problem will re solved itself.
