What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Pain Below The Rib Cage?
I have several things going on and I m being evaluated by my pcp I have gained bout 35 pounds since march that is unexplainable. My abdomen is huge starting under my bra going down to my pelvic area. My triglycerides are really high 179 everything else normal. I had a full cardiac work up and chest X-ray that were normal. I can t see any l f t orders on my labs. I am in so much discomfort I can t breath and when I bend over it leaves me gasping for air. Any ideas on what to do next?

As a first line management you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
