What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Palpitations Upon Walking?

I have indents left in my shin...why Is this something that could be related to heart problems. ..I do have other symptoms When I walk short distance i am short of breath...I wheeze more often...i can feel palpatiins in my chest...i have had an on slot of head aches

Hello,

You are having wheezing as well according to provided history. You are having some Broncho-constriction problem and underlying cause should be searched for that like COPD or asthma. I suggest you investigate with spirometry, EKG, chest X-ray for further work up. For that you need to consult pulmonologist.
