What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Pressure In The Chest?

hi My name is Bhuvnesh Vermani male 34 years. From Past 1 year I always fee shortness of breath on upper part of left chest, most of the times i have to put pressure to throw my breath out.I have undergone lot of heart related test like EKG s many times, CT scan of chest, stress test and Calcium Coronary test and every report came fine. My insurance do not approves angiogram so I dont know if my problem is realted to heart. From past 304 months i have another symptoms where I gain unexpected little widening of stomach even though I am physically very active ( play sports and do gym 3-4 days in week ). I constantly feel very tired, heaviness in chest, little pain in back of left neck. From my young days I have constipation problem too but from past moth or so I get lot of bups and I feel my food is coming in my mouth. I recently had my blood work done and all came fine. Please provide any suggestion as no doctor is able to find whats wrong with me.
