Why am i experiancing shortness of breath, tight chest and a very sore throat after snorting crushed MDMA for the frist time (Usually I take 1:5 pills on a night out only once a week but i wanted to try something new)? Its has been around 24hours since i took my last hit which was in total around 10 lines/keys in total throughout the duration of the night (although i was not counting). When out taking the drug we kept taking more over a period of 8 hours throughout the night when out with my friends. I got no sleep for 36hours as i woke up on monday morning (10am), partied monday night and did not sleep until 11pm on Tuesday night. Its is now 8am on Wednesday morning and my sore throat has slightly eased although my chest feels no different, if not worse. Also, my friends began vomiting after taking the MDMA, although i did not. All of them are just feeling exhasuted due to a lack of sleep. None are experiancing respiratory/ cardiovascular issues like myself which is also worrying me. I am a healthy 18 year old boy who has no health problems and this is the first time i have ever experianced a tight chest (shortness of breath). It is very worrying for me as i play alot of sport and i feel that if i was to play my sport feeling this way i would not be able to catch my breath (as i can just about do so when walking). What is wrong with me? What should i do? Should i seek medical attention from my doctor? Is it long term or will i recover?
