Hello,
Thank you for your query.
Would you please clarify a few things for me?
- how old are you? What is your height and weight?
-do you have any medical issues or take any medications?
-any family history of
heart disease, diabetes,
high cholesterol,
hypertension, Thyroid hormone imbalances?
Based on your symptoms alone, I would like to rule out a cardiovascular event. (compromised circulation to the heart /brain) and hypoglycemia
I recommend :
- a physician consult right away.
-an electrocardiogram and
echocardiogram.
- blood tests (
complete blood count, peripheral smear, TSH,
lipid profile, blood glucose panel, liver and kidney function tests.
-urine analysis
-an
angiography of the coronary (heart) and cerebral (brain) blood supply to check for any compromise.
-quit smoking
Based on the above test results and clinical findings, a treatment plan can be initiated.
In the meantime time, drink plenty of water (unless you have a medical reason not to). Eat smaller and frequent meals.
Take adequate rest. Avoid driving for long hours and I urge you to seek medical attention right away. Caught early, complications can be minimized.
Hope this helps.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
Wish you good health
