What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Tightness In The Neck?
My mother has an artery that is not pumping the blood correctly, she is having shortness of breath, the neck has some tightness and she has some heart flutters but says she is no pain. Her dr wants to do a stress test in January.. I don t feel she should wait at all. I think she should be at the ER. She thinks I m over reacting.
