Could it be nerves that trigger all these health isssues ? can someone tell me. i am 52 years old and male.
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic. I can understand your concern. First of all be relax and calm. Blood pressure of 135/95 mmhg is not considered as high. It is not causing your symptoms. Possibility of stress and anxiety related symptoms is more. But if you really want to rule out Pulmonary embolism (PE) and Pulmonary hypertension (PH), then get done CT Pulmonary angiography. If this is normal then your breathlessness and Chest discomfort are due to stress and anxiety. So consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution. You may need anxiolytic drugs too. Don't worry, you will be alright. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm. Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
