General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with shortness of breath mood swings hair loss depression palpitations bleeding following removal of mirena I will suggest that these are side effects of the contraceptive (mirena)

On this note I will advice you definitely the symptoms will gradually subside and if no improvement please see a gynecologist specialist for expert management

I hope this helps Regards
