What Causes Shortness Of Breath, Dizziness And Tiredness?
I have been short of breath for almost 2 weeks now. My pulse has been around 96-112, and my BP is 126/94. I was on the Z-pak for would might have been bronchitis. Today I just don't feel right, I'm dizzy and so tired. I don't have a family doc that I normally see. I only go in for my yearly exam or if I have strep or something and that's usually to the minute clinic or urgent care. Should I go in and see someone?
The normal pulse range is 60 to 100 so a pulse up to 112 would be considered to be elevated. Infections and any associated fever can cause the pulse to increase.
An infection would also contribute to your dizzy and tired sensations.
You may need a course of antibiotics if the infection is thought to be bacterial.
I hope this helps
