What Causes Shortness Of Breath, Fatigue And Mild Nausea While On Methotrexate?

I have psoriatic arthritis, currently taking methotrexate (0.6cc injection), was taking humira (pre-filled pen until recently). A few weeks ago while I was backpacking, I experienced an uncomfortable shortness of breath after eating a freeze dried meal, sulfites were listed in the ingredients list. Since then, I have noticed shallow breathing at all times of day and I have been becoming more easily winded when I exercise, which I try to do regularly. I ve also been feeling rather tired, lethargic, with some infrequent irritability and mild nausea. What are the possible diagnoses?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to dyspepsia and not the medicine you are taking neither this is because of the medical condition that you have, wait for some time because such symptoms could be self limiting, at the most "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg" can be tried for this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
