Shortness of breath is one of the symptoms of panic attack. So are the chest pains, and the fatigue. So is dizziness and blurred vision. You need to find the cause of your anxiety and work on it. While you are finding the causes and working on them with psychotherapy, you can get some temporary relief from your physician who can prescribe clonazepam or alprazolam to use sparingly, on an as needed basis.
