What Causes Shortness Of Breath, High BP And Chest Pain?

My husband has shortness of breath, high blood pressure, rash on his arms and chest, a fever of 101+, fatigue, thirst, rapid pulse, some chest pain, white furry tongue, body aches. I don t know what to do. We have no insurance so he can t go to the emergency room. He seems to be getting worse. He is only 38.

can give tab crocin to control fever. can go for hypertensive profile get proper advise for treatment diet control like restriction of salt exclude typhoid and paratyphoid. maintain hydration. exclude diabetes. consult pulmunologist and cardiologist for clinical checkup and advise.
