General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, pressure in chest with history of mitral valve prolapse may be in relation with heart rate or rhythm, irregularity condition as arrhythmia or others.

* It is best recommended to consult at an ER and get an EKG for the final diagnosis and treat accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
