What Causes Shortness Of Breath In A Sickle Cell Patient?

Greetings! Doctor. Please i m a sickle cell patient battling with shortness of breath evethough it has reduced without excercise but my problem is i occasionally experience irregular heart beat and racing heart. I m suspecting it might be valve problem.facebook.com/Abdulski97

Anemia itself may be the cause for shortness of breath tiredness(fatigue) and racing/ irregular heartbeat. It would be advisable for you to keep a constant check on your hemoglobin level.
