What Causes Shortness Of Breath Post Intake Of Ranitidine?
I ve got shortness of breath after panic attacks and also due to breathlessness as a side effect of ranitine. I have painful reflux symptoms which are being investigated. Will the shortness of breath get better? It s been a day or two since I had a panic attack or took ranitidine which brought it on

All medications have potential side effects but ranitidine is not known to cause shortness of breath.
It does have other possible effects but this is not one of them though persons can react differently to medication.
It is possible that the shortness of breath is related to your anxiety and panic episodes since this is a known symptom of these conditions.
You may want to consider speaking to your doctor about how you are feeling.
Counselling and medications, even if for a short time, may help.
