Hello.
Welcome to Health Care Magic.
Thanks for posting your question at this forum.
We care for your concern.
I am Dr Alok Sinha MD Psychiatry from India.
I will try to help you.
Firstly let me ask you whether this breathlessness is a new symptom or it is going on since last many months even after change of place?
Little bit of breathlessness is common during or soon after an exertion. As in your case you get breathless while walking uphill or upstairs. This type of activity may produce breathlessness even in a young man.
If you feel yourself more breathless than before in same activity and it makes you to stop the activity frequently, if recently, there is a significant change in capacity of work, if you feel
fatigue too often now a days and functional capacity of body has drastically deteriorated, if you feel
chest pain along with breathlessness, then there may be something wrong. In this scenario you should consult a physician who may examine you and get you checked for Hb%, RFT, LFT,
Thyroid profile, xray chest ECG etc and advice you accordingly.
Hope this answers your question.
I wish you all the best.
