What Causes Shortness Of Breath, Vaginal Spotting And Dark Green Stool?

Hi I have dark green stool shortness of breath and have had vaginal spotting for 13 days my average period is 4 days and was not expecting my period I ve been on depoprevra for about a year now and don t get my period when on it and I ve tested negative on a pregnancy test

Hello,

The spotting may be a side effect of depoprovera. I don't think this is related to pregnancy. You may also need to get evaluated doing an ultrasound and colposcopy to check for fybromyoma thickened endometrial lining or other issues of the column uteri.
