Hi, my name is Ali and my mum and brother just left to go to the hospital. My brother was experiencing short of breath, vibrations and kramping in his arms. He was panicing violently and screaming to the top of his lungs. Once he calmed down a little bit, My mum and i had to rub his hands and arms to unkramp them. What could this be?
