General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Feeling unwell after physical activity and having shortness of breath while sitting warrants a good check of his lungs and heart.
He needs to see his doctor and have a full examination, including his heart and lungs. The doctor may ask for some blood tests (CBC, ERC), a chest x-ray, an ECG, a heart ultrasound, etc.

Only after a thorough examination will the doctor determine the cause of his shortness of breath and properly treat it.

I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.

Regards,
