What Causes Shortness Of Breath?

I have a very mild case of asthma and have never experienced where I couldn t breathe before. Just an episode where I couldn t get a full breath before. Today it was hot and I was sitting in the shade. all of a sudden I couldn t breathe at all. my friend had to run to my house and get my Proventil, my albuterhol.atrovent, and qvar/ I was very hot and my dad put ice on my for arms. I was tingeling and numb on both arms from my hands all the way to my elbows and my face. it somewhat better. I stayed in the cool air for the rest of the day but fought for air the rest of the day. the past thirty minutes, this happened all over again. it was very scary. again, I say ive never had breathing problems just sometimes I couldn t catch a full breath in the depth of my throat but that is all
