Hi I have been feeling a fluttering sensation under my left shoulder close to under arm for two days now and have been feeling short of breath and light headed in past few days. Also have developed a strange cough that is not related to cold or flu. Are these symptoms anything that I should be concerned about?
Yes, you should be concerned about it. Get physically examined, get Lipid function tests, CBC, Urinalysis, X-Ray, ECG, Echocardiography, stress test to rule out any coronary artery disease developing. Stop taking oily fatty food, stay away from addictions if any.
Shortness of breath, lightheadedness, pain or discomfort in the left arm, cold sweat or cough are all symptoms of heart attack. No worries, get evaluated & treated. Do regular exercises, stay away from addictions if any.
