What Causes Shoulder Blade Soreness And Arm Pain?

My right shoulder blade is really deep sore and hurts really bad and the pain runs down my right arm top and bottom of it nothing seems to help hurts laying down and can not put any pressure on it my arm and hand tingles what could this be in pain really bad
