What Causes Shoulder Pain After Receiving A Cortisone Shot?

I was in a car accident on Nov 8, since then I have had two injections of cordazone one in neck and one in lower back, seeing also a chiropractor My left shoulder still hurts and my figures have become stiff. Can these systems be caused by my back?

Thanks for asking.
The pain you have seems to be secondary to your accident...either following the Bony trauma To shoulder or due to local nerve damage to one of the back vertebrae.
Confirmation would be after MRI of the part &an orthopedic surgeon's advise.
