What Causes Shoulder Pain After Treating Breast Cancer?
I had breast cancer 3 years ago. I had the cancer removed and radiation. I am still on my medication, have 2 more years to take it. I not have developed shoulder pain. I cant use my arms most of the time the pain is so bad. the said I have arthritic gout. could my radiation cause this?
It can be due to radiotherapy, if these are sharp pains but gout can also leads take treatment for that from physician but whenever you take treatment for cancer. It produces gouty as cells die during treatment. Other cause is history of trauma, need shoulder X-ray.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
