What Causes Shoulder Pain And Burping With History Of Heart Attack?

Hello, My husband has suddenly developed a severe shoulder pain, it woke him up. He also has bad gs, burping. He had a heart attack 5 years ago and is scared that it may be happening again. He has no chest pain and the pain is notradiating down his arm.

Hi there.

This could be another heart attack which causes radiating pain to the left shoulder. I advise you to get him to the ER immediately and get a complete checkup for the same.
