What Causes Shoulder Pain And High Blood Pressure?

I ve had shoulder pain and very high BP for the last several months and was sent to the hospital after passing out at work. A CT scan revealed a 10 cm cyst on my posterior liver and a 3.3 x 2.8 cm mass on my left adrenal gland. Are both of these causing my symptoms and which should be treated first. I was on Tasigna for CML and was taken off after 11 and a half years, in July. I have an appt for City of Hope on the 10th, for the adrenal gland.

Hello! Your condition is caused by the mass in your left adrenal gland. This is the problem, that has to be treated. After your doctor values the typ of mass, he can give you the right medical treatment.I wish you all the best!
