Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Heaviness in arms and legs accompanied by pain in shoulders, back and base of skull could be due to muscular pain. Heaviness and shortness of breath is likely to be due to disorder of respiratory tract. The symptoms could be associated with one pathology or could be psychological. I suggest you to consult your pulmonologist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
