What Causes Shoulder Pain Radiating Towards Neck And Back?

I have had shoulder pain for about a month now, thought it was from working out , but in the last two days, the pain is now up my neck and down my back and all down my right arm/ hand causing numbing, i can t extend my all the way either and hurts to sleep on my right side, wondering what this could be.

I really appreciate your concern... Hello dear this type of pain may be occur due to cervical vertebrae problem.. I advice you to go for x-ray n concern orthopedic ..now you have to avoid hard working and exercise for few days...Thank you...
