What Causes Shoulder Pain With Impingement?
I'm having pain in my left shoulder, I have been having physio for over 6mths now and the pain isn't a lot different. My therapist is telling me it could be aa bone spur causing impingement. My left arm will only rotate to about 70 degrees then I'm in servere pain. While sleeping if I turn in my sleep sudden pain can wake me up
