i ve been feeling real unhealthy lately, i look real healthy low fat, great strength/weight ratio, muscular. but for some reason my shoulders and traps hurt all the time. i keep getting a small pinch like pain behind my right eye, i have a numb spot on my upper right arm. not like its a sleep but more like novacaine and i always feel worn out. i dont work out even though i look like i work out everday. what is wrong?
