What Causes Sick, Stomach Pain, Dizzy And Strong Smelling Dark Urine?

I ve been feeling sick the past 3 weeks on and off, some nights I am sick and sometimes it s just tummy ache. I have also felt really dizzy some off the time. Also my urine is very dark and smells very strong. Current Gp did a test for diabetes but came back I didn t have it. What s could be wrong?

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be urinary tract infection. You should get a routine urine analysis to get a primary impression followed by culture and sensitivity. Antibiotics should be taken if infection is present. I usually give antibiotics empirically initially like norfloxacin and change after culture report. If any change in specific gravity or receive present then further kidney function tests should be taken. Hope this may help you.
