What Causes Sickness Despite Having A Flu Shot Regularly?
I suddenly feel feverish and am very rarely sick. I get a flu shot every year, eat lots of fruits & veggies & exercise daily. I spent yesterday afternoon with people cleaning up Lake Lotus Park, as part of a community service event. Our team spread mulch. I didn t have any issues with it then but realized I was breathing in a lot of dust. I feel achy now and have 100.2 temp - I normally run a degree cooler, 97.6. Does this sound like a reaction to anything in the homemade mulch or could I be coming down with the flu or something else? I haven t eaten much today as I am not really interested in food but know I should have something. thank you, YYYY@YYYY or YYYY@YYYY = no period in name here
