What Causes Sickness, Dizziness, Vomiting And White Chunks In Urine?

I have white clumps of sediment of some sort coming at the end of my urine stream. They started within the past few weeks, and also I the same timeframe my urine has been greenish off and on. I was treated for a UTI a month ago and was diagnosed and treated for a bad case of SIBO two weeks ago after two years of GI symptoms. I have high iron and a decreasing alcohol tolerance. I called myself into the ER last night after being extremely sick, dizzy, disoriented, and vomiting after only two drinks. Today the white chunks in my urine were bigger.

Probably you are suffering from UTI again at present. And after reviewing your symptoms it appears that pathology is near the kidney. You should go for urine analysis, thereafter any medicine can be given. Please note that treatment of UTI requires longer treatment, and if you are not adhere with the recommended treatment duration then there may be chance of treatment failure or relapse of UTI.
